Acknowledging the 9 years old Pakistani world record holder, Chief of Army Staff, General Raheel Sharif congratulated the high achiever Rai Haris Manzoor, for record result in O- level exam at the youngest age of only nine years. On his request, COAS also permitted him to spend a day with PakistanArmy in the field.
